About the event

During the initial days of school, we want students to understand what it means to think, share and act as mathematicians. The following course will look at how to create a culture of problem solvers and critical thinkers in our hybrid learning environment.

Teachers will engage in meaningful differentiated tasks and formative assessment techniques that are suitable for the classroom or remote learning environment. They will have video lessons, online webinars, classroom resources and reflection tasks during the six-module course. This is suitable for educators at any level.

The course will begin on Thursday, 20 August with Module 1 - Webinar Introduction (7:00-8:00)

You may work through the course at your own pace with check-in scheduled dates via webinar instruction.

After completing the six modules, teachers will receive a certificate of completion and be awarded 15 hours of professional development.
